Below are some of our most frequently asked questions.
IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL REQUIRMENT?
Yes. We do require that our busses be rented for a minimum of 3 hours. This applies to both our 17 passenger bus and our 28 passenger bus. Even if you only need the bus for 1-2 hours, you are still required to book and pay for 3 hours.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF OHIO?
No. We are only licensed to travel within the state of Ohio.
HOW DOES YOUR DEPOSIT PROCESS WORK?
We require deposits be paid in full at the time you book the bus of your choice. If you do not pay your deposit, your date is not secured. Please note we operate on a first come, first serve basis and we do not hold dates without a deposit being paid. Deposits DO NOT act as a credit towards your hourly rate charge - they are separate. The deposit is refunded to you after your rental under the condition that you/your party do not damage the bus in any way as well as do not violate any terms of our contract.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING ON YOUR BUSSES?
No. We do not allow any form of smoking on our busses. If you would like to smoke, please notify your driver and they will stop at the next safe available stop. If you are caught smoking on the bus you will be removed from the bus and no deposit refund will be issued.
